Mr Charles connects students with music instructors. Students can browse instructors by instrument, style, location, and price. Once you find a match, book a lesson directly through the platform — individual, group, or trial sessions. Payments are processed securely, and instructors receive automatic payouts after each completed lesson.
Is it free for students?
Yes! Creating a student account is completely free. You only pay the lesson fee when you book a session with an instructor. There are no subscription fees, no hidden charges — just the price the instructor sets for their lesson.
How do instructors get paid?
Instructors receive automatic payouts to their bank account after each completed lesson. The platform deducts a small service fee from each lesson. There are no monthly subscriptions — you only pay when you earn.
Can I teach online and in-person?
Absolutely. Instructors can choose to offer online lessons, in-person lessons, or both. You can set different rates and availability for each format. Students can filter by their preferred lesson format when searching.
What instruments are supported?
Mr Charles supports all instruments and music disciplines, including piano, guitar, violin, drums, voice, bass, saxophone, flute, trumpet, cello, ukulele, clarinet, harp, accordion, music production, and music theory — over 50 categories in total.
How do I cancel or reschedule a booking?
You can cancel or reschedule through the app or web dashboard. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the lesson receive a full refund. For cancellations within 24 hours, the instructor's cancellation policy applies. Rescheduling is subject to the instructor's availability.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes, absolutely. All payments are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment processors. We never store your card numbers, CVC, or sensitive payment details on our servers. All data is encrypted in transit using TLS.

Mr Charles is currently available across the European Union, with plans to expand to more markets. Our platform supports instructors and students anywhere with an internet connection for online lessons.
